First of all, there is a very important link in the process of making high-pressure hoses, that is, the water temperature problem: the water temperature is too high, and the rubber compound is easy to ripen if it is not well controlled during the mixing process. In summer and winter, the temperature itself is relatively high. When the rubber compound is extruded, the water temperature is not well controlled, which will evaporate the oil of the rubber compounding force, and the rubber compound (masterbatch) that comes out will be If it is dry, if it is an inner rubber masterbatch, then adding materials (eating sulfur) is likely to cause quality problems.

On the other hand, if the inner rubber masterbatch is feeding (eating sulfur) and the water temperature is not controlled, excessively high water temperature will cause local cooked glue, and cooked glue particles will appear. These particles are a hidden danger of high-pressure hose leakage.

Again, it is still an old problem, or a temperature problem, if the finished glue is placed for too long and it is not placed in a cool place. It is easy to self-sulfur. Never exceed one month. In a month, the average daily temperature exceeds 35 degrees, which may cause self-sulfur reaction. At that time, if you use it again, the glue will no longer be usable. Sometimes, the middleman finds that this high-pressure hose comes out during this period of time, and the skin is particularly easy to peel. Congratulations. It just so happens that you come across self-vulcanizing rubber treatment, mixing with good rubber. The adhesive bond that comes out is not as good as the adhesive. However, it is impossible that this is all self-vulcanizing rubber, because it is all true, the extruder can't come out at all, it's all cooked rubber particles, and it can't be extruded normally.
