(1) Install correctly

In addition to controlling the quality of the high-pressure oil pipe, it should be assembled correctly, and the pipe clamp should be installed in the correct position. Do not miss the installation. Reasonable installation steps: first use to tighten the fastening nuts at both ends a few turns (not tightening temporarily), then tighten the fuel injector pressure plate bolts, determine the installation position of the fuel injector, tap the high-pressure fuel pipe lightly with a wooden hammer, and finally Use a torque wrench to alternately tighten the fastening nuts at both ends (the torque is 40~6ON?m). If the injector assembly is not installed properly, and the center line of the joint cavity and the horn is inclined too much, a great external stress will be generated after tightening the nut, which will cause damage to the oil pipe joint.
(2) Reduce resonance
The high-pressure oil pipe has a large span. The opening and closing of the injector needle valve when the diesel engine is working will cause the high-pressure oil pipe to produce strong high-frequency vibration, which is one of the important reasons for the damage of the high-pressure oil pipe. For this reason, clamps can be used to fix the middle of the high-pressure oil pipe to the adjacent bolts and other fixing parts to reduce resonance.
(3) Reasonable adjustment
Make the injection pressure of the injector meet the requirements of the instruction manual, and the stainless steel metal hose can prevent the injection pressure from being too high and causing the oil pipe to rupture. When adjusting the fuel supply advance angle, do not pull or push the high-pressure fuel pipe forcibly.
(4) Emergency treatment
If there is leakage in the high-pressure tubing joint, you can cut it into a small circular ring with a soft metal or plastic sheet, pad it in the joint cavity, and then press the horn head. You can also use a fuse or cotton thread to wrap around the shoulder in the tightening direction. Ring, and then tighten the joint nut. If necessary, apply soap or bubble gum, maltose, etc. to the mouth of the nut.
